ok, i have a problem that i cant cut files or drag and drop them or they become corrupted, at any overclock this happens, its a big pain in the butt. i think it maybe because i disabled some services that are needed, does anyone know what these services might be? does anyone have a list of all the services that run by defualt so i can select them all again.
or does anyone else know why this may happen.
also, i cannot download .PNG files off devientart, i goto save as, and the name says "blank" and when it saves it doesnt work, no picture, even if i rename it before saving it, or if i change it to save as a bitmap. i also cant set the pics as a background. any one know what could cause this? i have the newest IE with windows XP Pro SP1.
