still. depends of the quality of the chip they put them in different series
i saw many 440 samsung tccd in LE, LA even FF
FF would be the best, then LE(timing) LA(clock but rated 2T(1T possible on DFI)), i don't know much about LD and LC.

Man I was going to order the LE's until they ran out. Now it looks like they aren't going to sell them anymore.

I'd look for Le's or wait. They are really worth it if you are planning to OC.

Here are some non-gskill TCCD Recommendations under $250:

Geil PC-4400 Ultra-X
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820144338

Corsair XMS TwinX 4400C25
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145550

Both are, at minimum, guaranteed 275 HTT/FSB at cas 2.5. Corsair are preferred to Geil cos of support and recent replacement of TCCD in Geil's PC-3200 line.
