HI guys, I am building my new rig and this is what I am thinking of.

ATHLON 64 3700+ SAN DIEGO
MSI K8N NEO4 PLATINUM
2 X 512 CORSAIR 3200 XLPT
200 GB SEAGATE 7200.8 NCQ
Ati X850XT

I am going to keep some stuff from my other rig like the dvd burner, case...

But I Know that I have to change my psu because I have a 300 w generic so I dont think these could handle the x850xt and all the other stuff.
Which PSU do you recommend???I m not planning to OC too much and I dont want to spend more than 60-70 on the PSU....Any suggestions???

Also If you think there is something you would change on my rig just tell me.

Switch out the corsair for some gskill TCCD or OCZ UTT.

Consider DFI mobo.

A Tagan 480 would handle that at a moderate OC.Link @ Egg (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817101509) 10$ more but when our spending 1K on a rig, it's worth it.

I considered dfi mobo on the past but I ve read that Msi K8N NEO 4 PLATINUM is easier to configure..
About the memory what woul you suggest.
The corsair 3200xl are $ 188
they told me the OCZ vx series wont do good on the MSI.
Then there are the OCZ EL PLATINUM REV 2 for $ 215.
And I dont Know too much about GSKILL (I heard they were really good for OC but I m not planning to OC too much)

Also some guys told me that since I´m not going to oc too much maybe I shoud get 1 gb Corsair 3200c2pt for $ 113 or maybe 2 gb for $226.
What do you think??

as for PSU, a Tagan, Antec Truepower 2.0, or OCZ Powerstream. Though i'd Research a bit to find out which powersupplies tend to have problems with that motherboard as pretty much all 939 motherboards have problems with certain powersupplies (i.e., differs board to board).

btw: most (all?) Rev 4.1 Corsair 3200C2 seems to be TCCD and is cheap :).

OCZ Powerstream for PSU - has never let me down and they offer quality power.

The CPU always draw all power from the +12V line, yes.
