Anyone who knows the sizes etc for it? Or maybe a plan of it? :)

Dewers come in even denominations of Liters. 20L to 40L dewers are common the sizes to suite your needs.
Most are rated in how long they can shelf LN2 closed, so you might see a 30 day all the way up to a 300day rating.
The top opening is the next thing to consider, some are easy pour, some have wide open top for drop in canisters (used as a freezer), and I have seen the refill dewer with a valves on top w/ electric pump.
