View Full Version : Help with Nanya memory chip!

Hello ppl! I need ur help to find out some info about Nanya chip! On the chip writes also this nt5ds32m8ct-5t ! I 've seen a foto of a chip like this there (http://www.biwa.ne.jp/~yok/TENJIKAN-DDR.htm) ! I think that is the second chip in the picture of tha Nanya chips but a previous revision... Right now the chips are running at 250Mhz with 3-4-3-8 with some errors at memtest at 2.5Volt vdmin! Any knowledge for those would be useful! Thx a lot!

Μy friend who has those memory chips says that when he puts 2.6-2.7 vdim he has errors! Anyone who has them too and he tested them to show us his results... and how the chip worked (vdim, tips ,etc)! Thx guys and cu!

Same thing for me. Works best at 2,5v. Best after a few hours testing is 204Mhz with 2,5-3-2-7. Would be interesting to try even lower voltage to see what happens.
