Started on my first build in a while and i have a small problem.

I have a stacker and 2 rads, a black ice triple pro and an black ice dual xtreme.

Is it worth my while using the 2 rads?(Im coolin dual 6800 gts,3800+ venice, 2 raptors and 2 other 300gig drives)
I am planning on overclocking as much as i can and really pushing this baby

If i do need them where the hell am i going to mount them

I really don't think you need two rads. Unless you have a HUGE HUGE pump that outputs a LOT of heat.

the triple should be more than enough

Are you running a single loop or two loops? The triple should be enough for the CPU+GPUs. Unless you're using custom HD cooling blocks, the HD blocks will greatly restrict your flow rates. You would probably be better off just using 120mm fans on the drives instead of having them in the CPU+GPU loop or running them in a loop of their own. They really don't gain much from water cooling.

No u dont need two.

but you need to NOT cool those hard drives with watercooling. It is a total waste.

I have cancelled the hard drive cooler's and am just getting another hard drive rack to space out the drives.
Also mounting the triple rad on top of the stacker.
Its Dremel time.
I have a hydor L30 so no huge ass pump.(also have 3 industrial pumps but dont think they ar really suitable, for now)

Thanks for the advice.

no prob. if you have the money in the future u will want to upgrade that L30.

the triple rad should fit well in the roof of the case.

I was well ahead of you in regards to the pump. And i saw this rad, i dont know if it is worth buying.

http://www.extremeprometeia.com/acatalog/Eheim_Pumps.html

Its the AquaXtreme 50Z-DC12 t. Website says its better than eheim but im pretty sure the L30 is as well

The AquaXtreme 50Z is the best performing 12V DC pump there currently is.
It'll easily beat any Eheim or Hydor performance-wise.

www.mcmaster.com

if they dont have it, it doesnt exist.

raptor, the new revision D4 might be able to beat out the 50Z. We will have to see about that.
