The enermax is 111.75 and the ocz is 170.43, I save about $60 to put towards something else. I was not able to find any reviews on the enermax, but would there be much performance difference anyways?

They're both fine choices, it really depends how much you're willing to shell out. The OCZ does have adjustable pots which is a nice feature if you want high vdimm.

well if I am using the DFI Lanparty mobo, I can already adjust my vdimm through the jumpers....so would having a PSU do that aswell necessary?

Well I'd probably still spend the extra and get the powerstream, 1% regulation and 5yr warranty, and adjustable rails are nice features to have.
