Fortron 400w Blue Storm low voltages

I just finished building up my A64 Venice rig and I noticed that my Fortron 400w Blue Storm has kinda low voltages out the box:

Does this PSU have internal pots or do I have to do the 12v and 3.3v sense mods?

software readings dont mean anything, test with a dmm.

all i know is that the 500w blue storm has internal pots l'inq (http://www.cluboc.net/reviews/power/fortron_source/ax500/index.htm)

if u find out which pot adjusts which rail, plz post a pic
