I was thinking on getting this burner, heard good things about it. Also there is firmware which can remove the Rip Lock.
I think I will get a second DVD drive. Any suggestions?
good choice?

Yeah, as long was you get the NEC 3520A ...you'll be fine.

Yeah any DVD-Rom as long as it runs the DVDs at a decent speed, should be fine (16x).

Dunno if you jumped yet, but Newegg had them for $49 the last I saw, can't go wrong with the Egg.
