I have:
1 Alpine H/U
1 x 450w Amp
6 mid speakers
4 tweeters
1 8" Enclosed subwoofer

And they're all in the garage because they are excess weight. :)

I'm old-skool.

I won the #1 Grand Prize in the 1988 Alpine Car Audio Nationals at Anaheim Stadium for UNLIMITED TOP SPL.

I had Orion sponsored Toyota 4x4 on 44" wheels, chrome everything, shell, walk-thru...
had 4 x 15's, 6 x 12's and about 5000w.

In the day it was loud, approx 140dB... nowadays I see louder on the boulevard, lol.

Oh and I have permanent 15% tonal loss in my left ear :(

Jeez :eek2:

Talk about instant hearing loss...

Before I had a crash and pulled my gear out, I ran a set of ADS AL5's, Pioneer 6", Rockford PA 10" subs, Rockford P40, Sony 200, and AC xovers...On a kenwood flip deck...

It was in a rover metro, so was more than loud enough, but wasn't exactly permanent in there...

Just waiting to see what car I get next, and it'll go in the new one, with some changes...

lower frequencies take a lot of volume to cause damage.
