i'm waiting for a venice and need a good power supply. i will have two sata hd(raid0, 120*2), two optical drives, 2*512 g.skill LE,a GF6200(never sli) and air cooling(water cooling in the future) and much overcloking. i only hope that the psu not stop my overclocking. I read many psu reviews, but i prefer to know users experience

Hands down, go with the Enermax out of those choices. It has the latest standards and Enermax's reputation behind it. I love my Enermax PSU. The Fortron would be my next choice. The OCZ Modstream series isn't nearly as good as their Powerstream line.

Your best bet is the Antec 550W TruControl psu. Why? The enermax is good, but you dont need dual rails...considering your vid card doesnt need a power connector and your cpu needs all the watts it can get, which automtically knocks out the fortron for its lower powered dual rails ;)

The ocz is weak...and the eagle will crap out under load. Antec has known to be a reliable manufacturere if not as popular, but I can guanrantee you that when it states 550W, it isnt one of those $50 500w PSUs....the quality is top notch and so is the stability, not to mention TruControl comes with a fan conroller for the psu for when you're overclocking well beyond 2.6ghz

Fortron 500W is on par with the top PSus

The only problems I see with that Antec is it is the older 550. It has no pci-e, and is 20 pin. To be honest, I would get this PSU from Monarch. It's the one I am running and is a much better purchase, the Antec will leave you needing a new PSU in the near future, the Enermax is more future proof.

I'd recommend either the Fortron or spending about ten bucks more and getting the 420W OCZ Powerstream...... it's power rating is less but it still puts out 30A on the +12V rail, which is more than enough for your system and will handle upgrades well.

I've heard mixed reviews on the Enermax...... some people have had great success with them and for other people they work horribly. I've never heard a bad thing about Fortron though, so that's always the company that I fall back on.

power.......... the power stream is good choice for me, the price in directron is cheap, i think that will buy ocz

THe modstream series doesnt have the same stability at high OCs as the powerstream does. If you dont want to go Antec, the best thing is a powerstream.
