The unreal logo is in the background of post images. Imageshack allows up to 1Mb filesize and those images shouldnt even be 100kb

Thx for the link, but it had some problems with it.
It was hard to understand and the link provided didnt create the folder I needed for the conversion.

Here is a link that was more simple and easier to understand and the link has a program that works better.

Here is the animated gif of my spray.

I was able to convert it to a VTF file, but the only problem I have is that it loops too fast.
Is there any way to program the spray.txt so it creates the VTF file with delays per slide?
My animated gif has a ddelay of 4 sec. per slide

Just a lot smaller because the D2OL in my sig takes up a lot of room already and without the firey guy :D I don't need anything fancy just something like that writen on a cool looking background. You can even throw your name in the corner so people know who did it if you want.

The image is 160x160 and has 3 slides.
The delay per slide is 0.1 sec.
The pic has my name really small in the bottom left corner

I dont know if converting it to a VTF the delay per frame will be faster.
Does anyone know a way to set up the delay time on a animated VTF file?

I set it up as 0.1 sec. in image ready (From Photoshop CS) on purpose.
It doesnt matter whats the delay time on the animated gif.
Eventualy to get it to a VTF file you have to do the following.

1) Convert the 3 slides in 3 individual .tga files
2) Name each .tga file like this *001, *002, *003 (were * is the name you want.
3) Put them in this folder from the spray converter "SPRAY MAKER\hl2\materialsrc\animated" and then open spray.txt on the same folder and edit "endframe" "X" (were X is the amount of slides you are using)
4) Go back to your animated "SPRAY MAKER" folder and run convert.exe. Afther that you should see a new spray in "SPRAY MAKER\hl2\materials\animated"

now the question is:
Since its not a animated GIF anymore, you cant setup the delay time per slide.
My question was if someone knew how to program, or setup the spray.txt so the slides could be delayed.

The sprays are just a texture that you "spray" on any solid surface in a map, mainly to humiliate people afther you frag them :D

For anyone that still doesnt understand what Counter Strike Sprays are all about, below are 3 pics showing my sprays in-game and as a GIF file. They are animated the same way it would look in-game. As you can see its too fast and I want to slow down the loop but I dont want to add slides in between, because I cant

targa is the only thing Valve accepts in their games.... .tga extension. As for the animated part, i think counterspray.com has something about that... if you dont have PhotoShop and Image Ready, this may be a bit difficult.
