I have a dfi ultra-d comming in tomorrow and it has the new atx 2.0 plug.
My g-card is the BFG 6600GT OC which does not have a power connector on it.
My question is this, will plugging my 20 pin into the board with nothing plugged in to the pci-e still power my card? Or will I need a 20->24 pin adapter?
What I've read has slightly confused me as it was slanted towards already having the power connector on the card so there was no need for the extra 4 pins.
