Just did a fresh install of XP
Epox 8KHA+ with Radeon 8500
Games run fine, 3dmark runs fine, nice and stable, but any video will produce stuttering every few seconds. I remember having this problem before, and I fixed it, but I can't remember how.
Any ideas?
