Please reccomend a good SCSI card!

I am looking at a SCSI setup, and I need someone to reccomend a *GOOD* SCSI card; I will be running two 10,000RPM HD's in RAID 0. I need something that is basic, but will get the job done well. Any chance I could ask for something under the $300 level? Which is better, a 68pin HD, or the 80pin route?

Also, would it be faster to buy a 147gb 15,000RPM with slightly better response times than two 74gb 10,000RPM's in RAID 0??
