would be hilarious if it were and it still did the neat portal tricks like the old engine actually.. I could laugh at someone ;)

In 1998, this game would have been leaps and bounds ahead of Half Life, sort of a hybrid even, if not in graphics then in innovation, between hl1 and hl2...
