i'd like to know if it's possible for clockgen to change my mobo's voltage on the fly???? if it's possible plz let me know, i own 250gb dfi lanparty ut (754)

Have you downloaded the nforce3 version of clockgen? If so, it allows voltage adjustments in the FID / VID section, but it only has a 0.80-1.55v range. Screenshot from my A64 socket 754 laptop:

yep i got it....so how do i get the adjustment availible

look in ur bios, tell me what ur volt settings read?

Can you post a screen-shot of what you see when you open up clockgen...are the voltage options greyed out?

curious. my options aren't greyed out in clockgen, but i can't change the voltage. only the multiplier.

just change it in bios, whats the big deal? and what about dfi's smart speed app, not sure if it works with the nf3 board, came with my nf4 board, install it see if it works.

"CPU Vid CTRL" in bios has to be on AUTO to be adjustable on the fly (and with cool and quiet). If not on auto it stays the same what you set in bios and cant be adjusted in windows.
