I need a PSU for SLI and 600watts. A 24 pin atx and my biggest deciding factor is the fact that I have a 12cm blowhole over the PSU area so I need a PSU with an exhaust fan in the top.

First post...looking forward to even more.

Not got the exhaust fan but the 600w enermax noisetaker is absolutely fantastic

Zippy is the Best of Best PSU. But dont have the fan you want. If you want quality, go Zippy.

Or go with PCPC 510W deluxe SLI

I was looking at a PSU that Tagan makes it is 700w with 3 12v rails. SLI ready but I can't seem to find it anywhere. It says TG700-U32 for a model number. Anyone know if these PSUs are any good?

Hehe... You asian guys probably never heard of PC P&C, right?
PC P&C makes top notch PSU's too.

They produce 2 SLI certified PSU's:
- 510W TurboCool SLI
- 850W TurboCool ETX-SSI (400$)

Unless all the nasty rumors about PCPnC are true, there can be no better. Get the Turbo Cool 510 SLI (and that ain't no wussy measuring at 25'C, nope, it's 50'C and peak is even higher, <1% regulation too and more! :fact: ).

I am thinking about getting a Tagan 700w TG700-U32 but Tagan hasn't responded to my e-mails yet. It is SLI ready. But I can't find it anywhere.

Tagan's PSU's are outsourced and are overhyped. Get the PCP&C Turbo-Cool 510 SLi, or the 850 if you can be bothered to pay for it.

I still say get the PCPC 510 (850 lil over kill) and dont bother with tagan

I used a couple of PSU calculators and they are all telling me that I need 600watts+ so I don't think the PCP&C 510w is enough for me.

The PCP&C 510 peaks at over 600w :P In fact, 650w total output. Plus, it has pots, so if you need more juice, just use them (with extreme caution mind you).

I think I will be going with the Tagan 700watter. I have heard some good things about their PSUs...except how to find this new one.

Does anyone know where to find the TG700-U32 700w Tagan SLI ready PSU ?

You may also want to check out the SilverStone Zeus 650. It too is SLI and certified. 12 and 5V rails are adjustable, the 3.3 is not. However, its a great PSU for the $$.

I wonder if they will drop the price back down to where it started. If so - it would be great for that price ~$140. Otherwise I think I'll drop the extra cash for the PCP&C.

I used this PSU calculator again http://www.extreme.outervision.com/index.jsp and it says that I need 730watts of power and I assume that means with everything maxed out.
