i recently ordered a MC Stacker case, apparently you can run 2 PSU at the same time...

is this a good thing? (i would think it is but have no experience)

running two PowerStream 520W > P&C 510 sli?

It may hold 2 psu's as a redundancy, however, how do you plan to wire both PSU's into the motherboard? Keep in mind, PSU's need to be loaded with a certain amount of amps.

actualy i have no idea how this case works, thats why i asked to see if anyone actually knew how to for this case.. I was specting some sort of a 'Y link' that joints both psu thus increasing capacity/amperage, etc..

2 PSU's...onme for fans and cooling , the other for regular system components. You can create a link so that both PSU's power on at once, and AFAIK, you need a double-pull, single throw switch to connect the 2 of them to the power switch.

Unless you need the extra wattage, with a PCPnC quality PSU there's really no need. (Keep in mind that this is not 510W peak @ 25'C, rather it's 510W @ 50'C.)

i havent received a response yet from them but i got the case today... it does come with a cable 'link'.. that provides a full conector with only 2 wires on it.. im assuming its for what cadaveca sugested. one psu for main power and second one for accesories (fans)... i also assume that the link is so that both psu come on at the same time.
