Looks good, possibly an all-in-one alternative to a lot of common programs we use...
Is it free? :)

This is just the basification (hahahahahhaha) of o/c isnt it, and who wants that?
edit:sorry, didnt mean to offend anyone who worked on it, was just meaning its about the time you put in for the end result that is fun......

where can i download this program

W1zzard
04-21-2005, 06:34 AM
leaking the screens is ok :)

i will try to add any features the overclocking community wants .. also there will be an api for adding own page plugins and also own plugins for sensors/motherboards.

at the moment the tool is in an alpha stage but i'm trying to get a very early alpha out in the first days

the benchmarking parts are not really balanced yet, just trying to get in the basic stuff, can tweak it later

isp: yes it will be free and stay free

akura: since i'm an intel-only user it will support intel as well, getting the amd64 memory timings stuff in was pretty easy with the docs amd gives so i did it as one of the first things..

please direct any feature request, no matter how crazy they sound (within reason), to this thread so everything is in one place: http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?p=17871

if anybody has documents that describe certain internal things which would help the development of this tool let me know ;))

What would work, like foobar for transcoding, is you point to an encoder (.exe), like a plugin. So in this Systool, you point to p95.exe, and at any time you can prime. Systool could also have a timer going on.

Indeed nice.

Some comments:

- I've got a ASRock mobo (P4TV88), and it's not in the supported list. No problem (it still is low-budget mobo); but when I want to create a Report, it doesn't display anything. Just this:

SysTool: 0.1 Build 84
Report Date/Time: 2005-04-24 17:59:20

Motherboard ID:

Selected Motherboard:

Loaded Plugins:

Sensor Data:

Not much eh? :toast:

- the prog just crashes everytime I click on CPU Overclocking...

- PI 1million, is that the same as PI 1M? 'Cause I think 12sec for 1M is something tooooo fast :toast: So my suggestion is to keep the names between superPI and your prog the same.

For the rest, it's a super progg! :toast:

malachia whats wrong with the current pi calculation in your opinion?

is really different from the "normal" pi, if you use the normal one, a lot of people will use it!!! you can also only add a "link button", when you pess it the pi 1.4, pre installed togheter with SysTool, his window came up and you bench :D

another good idea is to insert an uncheateble freq rilevetor(like cpu-z)

Wizzard, the monitoring software seems to be using mbm5. My voltages are way off compare to my multimeter. It be nice if you can borrow speedfan and use that instead :D

Your software programs must both read from the same parts of the motherboard, you must not have mbm configured correctly if it gives different readings than speedfan. Plus it is expected that rails will be off when read from software, thats nothing new.

the problem with superpi is that the sources are not available so it would be very hard to integrate
