Where To Measure Voltage R9700 Pro

I have searched for a thread related to measuring the 9700 voltage after modding. I haven't been able to find anything. Could someone point me in the right direction? It would also be nice if a section on this topic be added to the volt mod guide.

Make sure that Com is connected to a ground in a Molex connector on the PSU and use the Positive connector and touch the spot shown in the following image
