If you have this supply, is it very loud? Mine sounds like a d*** jet engine! Quite annoying... Mine has the Delta fan in it. I heard that they were using a different model fan that was quieter. Is this true? I just got this about 3 weeks ago...

Mine is louder than most PSUs, but not too bad. Then again, my Mach II is louder.

If you can get your case temps to under 30C then they quiet down. ;)

This is the only thing stopping me from replacing my SilenX with the 510 SLI. Damn noise!

Most PCP&C Turbo-Cool's come equipped with Delta 80mm's. Some came with another brand of fan though (can't remember which). I don't notice my PSU noise since my Mach II's fans run at full speed all the time (resistor mod ;)). And if I run my cascade, the Delta fan sounds like walking on a carpet barefoot (basicly silent).

This isn't encouraging. I've worked pretty hard to get my rig quiet. This may be the thing that stops me from going SLI.

Get the 600w Powerstream if you are worried about noise. I have had both and they are both excellent psu's but if you are worried about noise the powerstream is much quieter.

yep the 520w and 600w both handle SLI perfectly fine

As far as being able to handle 2 SLi cards, yes. For having 2 PCIe power cables, no. But you can just use 1 of the dedicated video card cables with an adapter for your 2nd SLi card.

You can't turn it off, but you can replace it if you want.
