this PSU is just sweet looking... I think... the 24 pin convertion cable works great for my MSI K8N Neo4 SLI platinum also... cha-ching! :) the only bad thing was is that it was hard to install without smuging it. lol

I'd need to know which model it is, but Ultra's have sufficient Amperages on their 12v rails - 34A for their 500W models. That's not the problem with them.

Their problem is quality, I've heard that they crap out quite easily at high OCs, hence the reason the price drops on these things.

I myself prefer Enermax. It may not be flashy, but it gives u piece of mind knowing that its reliable.

34 amps on the 12v rail my ass. that's 408W right there, even with the over-rating most PSU's have, i dont trust that at all.

I know there has been some bad reviews out there on them, but I think their great.
Perkam: Not true, 1.7Ghz oc here, no overvolting, not bad undervolting, and all-in-all stable for any system.

Then I'll have to remember that when I get mine lol ;) Yeah I'm prolly gonna get one of the 500W X-Connects cos apparently they're semi good for a bottom basement price which makes it a very good buy relative to everything else in its price range.

which enermax??

ENERMAX Whisper II AX 2.0 SLI 535W Power supply, Model "EG565AX-VE FMA 2.0 - SLI
Active PFC, support for SLI, dual 12volt rails for a combined total of 34A
