I have a 3200+ winnie "CBBFD 0436" on a chaintech zenith vnf4 ultra. right now, i can oc up to 2.55Ghz at 1.65v, with temps never going over 46C, STABLE(on stock cooling). but, even if i provide more voltage, i cannot seem to push it higher.

Now i wanted to do some DICE runs, with a dfi sli-dr. at these super low temps, could i expect a better overclock? because temperature doesnt seem to be the problem....

I dont want to get the container, buy the dice and all that just to find i cant go higher anyway. So what should I do? can i expect to get better results using the sli-dr at those temps?

Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks :slapass:

i think yes, a difference of -40 and 46° is pritty mutch.
i think about 200-300 mhz gain from it.
can be wrong if the cpu is on its max but normaly you w'll go higher

y dont you want the container?

1 of the factors of me going to do dry ice is the cool container :D

I dont know if temps arent the problem then lower temps wont help righT?

yes it will, a difference of 80° WILL benefit the clocks.
no way the cpu can't go a few mhz higher
