modifying refresh rates

Got a pair of Sun "T-Rex" monitors (24" 16:10 Sony Widescreen tube) but when using a 16:10 or 16:9 resolution the max I can set is 76hz for some reason. Even after playing with drivers (Lestat modded some a bit for me too) and with the "show only modes this monitor supports" checkbox unchecked I cant set it past 76hz.

Would love to get 85hz+ at 16:10 and 16:9 resolutions would be nice.. (Can get 85hz @ 1940x1440).

Are you using the Sony gdm-fw900 driver and trying 1920x1200?
