Just wondering I saw a lot of people are picking these rads up off ebay, would it be wise to use one for phase change?

I haven't seen one in awhile, I don't check out the watercooling forums really.But aren't they expensive?
Do you have a link to the one you have in mind?

They would make a nice condensor if you can get a good seal on the lines.

Ok yes that will work if you can connect the copper pipe to that aluminum pipe.
