Opera already has a "pop-up blocker" built-in. What abilities are you looking for?

Block unwanted stops anything from popping up when you havn't clicked on something. Block all stops them even if you click on a link that's supposed to open in a new window. (Limiting functionality in some cases)

Quite a few are getting through on my system recently with block unwanted pop ups enabled. Will block all and see if that clears it up.

There is actually a script that tricks opera into thinking you clicked, but I have only seen that on one site so far.
