OCZ 3200REV 2 PLAT OR OCZ 3200 VX????????

Can the 3200VX overclock high fsb like rev 2 plat with loose timings and 2.8vdimm?

The 3200VX is useless unless you can give it 3.2v-3.4v. So if you can do only 2.8v, OCZ Platinum Rev.2 is a much better choice.

no , usually it doesn't do better with loose timings. maybe 3 to 5 Mhz.
VX is so great because of the tight timings combined with high Mhz.

shouldnt you go with ocz ram that uses hynix, and is "optimized for high speed aplications on the 865/875 chipset"? something like this... http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/memory/ocz_ddr_pc_4400_dual_channel but not necessarily pc4400. btw, once i get a new job that will be the memory i buy :woot:
