What driver is best for Ati X850XTPE ?

i personally like the 5.2 drivers for my 9700pro. the 5.3's made me skip/chop while playing cs source.

4.12's in AM3 and 5.1's for everything else.

^^ i'm with ali, the best are always last. Sometime's it make's a differnce of 2/1 FPS is some games
4.12 for 3Dmark2001SE and 5.4 or similar Omega for games. :)

I like 4.12's for AM# and 2k1 but have been doing well with 5.3's for the most part.
i personally like the DNA and te OMega release (though usually one release behind) for my card, i can always put up better 3d amrks and get in game with less chop. however if your not on SP2 stick wiht the 4.12, for soemreason on my sp1 install the 4.12 beat out any of the 5.x

4.12 or 5.4, 5.1-5.3 caused problems for my X800XT
go with cat 5.3 - it's the fastest
