It depends on how 'high quality'
Mouser has a good selection, so does digi-key, but if you really want premium components http://www.partsconnexion.com/
Mouser and digi-key have a good selection for most modding purposes, but if you plan on modding a high end sound card such as an emu 1212m, you'd want to look at parts connexion.
