What do I need to do to have the ablity to boot 98 or XP from the same HD. I have a 13GB partition setup for 98 and an existing XP install.
hm wondering same thing myself......but i have 2 hdd's
1.sata-existing winxp
2.ata-win2k+sp4
any boot manager ?

You will have to install windows98 first. Setup two partitions with the bootdisk. Install win98. After everything is done install winXP on the other partition.
Never ever install older OS on top of older OS. It will overwrite the boot sector and some of the integral windows files. It will not be bootable.
atm, oh baby i'm on win2k ntfs sp2 & win server 2003 sp1 dual boot and it's rockin'. win2k for gaming and 2003 for internet.:toast:
