Waht do i need to know

It's in the title what do i need to know before trying v-modding?
What's the do's and dont's? I'll try on ly kg7 and i'll certainly use smd grabber and i'll only do the vmod for the vcore not vmem as i don't get any improvement with the already available voltage.
Ps i have proper cooling (i think) check sig for hw

I've read some of it but i thought they were things more general to know before doing a vmod

Well you got to get all your parts together. After, you need to do a little bit of soldering to connect your pots/trimmers to the wire and grabber.

I guess the hard part is deciding on which parts to buy.
