I don't know about AGP, but the XFX's PCIe 512MB should be out by end of this month.

I highly doubt there would be an AGP one. For all I know, the 512MB might exceed the AGP's bandwidth.

Extra onboard memory isn't going to exceed the bandwidth of the interface - it would actually improve performance in cases where >256MB of video memory is used, since AGP would suffer more from texture thrashing than PCIe would.

That said, it's highly doubtful a 512MB AGP 6800/GT/U or X8XX is coming.

Maybe a 512MB R520 Fudo? ETA may/june?

??? wtf?

i dont know if there will be agp fudos, but i doubt it... they would have to draw even more power from a power plug than the pciE versions... IF there will be one i think it will come out a couple of months after the pciE version. and that card would most likely be a 256mb card, i doubt they would make an 512mb agp card... double the memory is even more power consumption.

If you plan to invest on a 512mb AGP card, then you might as well switch to PCIe. You are not leaving yourself with much room for further upgrades and a 512mb card is alot of $ to have to throw down for something that wont be where the market is at half a year from now.

There will be an AGP Fudo thanks to the Rialto bridge.

hmmmm

i think it wont be r520 though... probably r515 is what they will bridge to agp...
you never know... but r520 will suck a lot of power, and for agp it means even more power has to come through the power plug than on the pciE version...
hmmmmm

Well, either way, Fudo is going to cost a lot of money when it first comes out... Were talking like possibly $600-700.
