I've got another MSI K8N NEO2 board from my friend and it acts really strangely...
Using A64 3000+ (0447) and Gskill 1GB LE, I tried 300X9, Windows can't be loaded. So I choose change the multi to 8.5, can prime for 16 hours no error. But with 300X8, error occurred within 1 hour... what's the problem? Anything special about the 8.5 multiplier? By the way I'm using the newest official bios.

Using a .5 CPU multiplier automatically kicks in a divider for your memory. Please refer to the table listed here (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=41595).
