I have everthing in my sig but I can't break the 3.8Ghz barrier. Does anybody have suggestions? New Blocks, Pump, Processor, Mobo, ETC?

nothing overclock stays the same or gets worse because of temps

Before I go and buy/mod a new board does anybody see problems with my temps?
