Building a LN2 Container..

I could get 1l LN2 for 2,65€ and i soon wanna build me a LN2 Container for a CPU..
and i got a few qestions..
1) I´ve got no welder and so i would like to know if there is also another solution to connect the baseplate to the pipe.
2) What is the best way to make a mounting kit (maybe you got some pics, first i would need one for sockel 754).

Brazing copper baseplate to copper pipe.

A lot of the guys use long bolts and a plate over the top to bolt it down.
