Yeah, really smooth. I wish they would fix the temp bug though, supposebly, my card is idling at 58  I might switch back to the 66.93.

I have problems with 71.84.

Everytime i load into windows I get a error log.

STOP 0x000000EA THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER

I re-installed the drivers, tryed 71.81, Still the same problem

does anyone have the same experience with this?

I installed them the other night when I was troubleshooting a video card problem. Games seem much smoother than with the 71.20 but I have yet to do some benching. I didn't know about the temp problem till reading this thread but my idle temps are higher than they were on the 71.20. Guess I dont' have anything to really worry about though, kind of annoying.

Just FYI. The 71.84 will not allow overclocking on SLI cards for some strange reason. Overclocking on all other 71.XX drivers works fine.

K R running WinXP x64 (Build 3790 SP1 v.1433) with these 71.84 drivers

every now and then the PC will freeze for a millisecond, the monitor will go blank and then return to normal - also the gfx cooling fan will kick into overdrive (ie very noisey) and stay at high RPM even though it's reading 50°C

not sure if its related to the nVidia drivers or not, but has anybody else had or heard of this problem?

Did u uninstall the old drivers first? Maybe that is your problem.
