Hehe, kewl  Though it's going to be a lot of work for someone, keeping 3 containers topped up while benching :D

I have assembled a team to help me out. :D Will start slow first by using single container for the CPU only.

How wide is the base area. I dont think theres enough room for DIce... ln2 yeah but I dont think dry ice will get enough contact? Maybe I'm wrong...

I suspect you would fill the containers with some kind of fluid a few inches into the circular part of the container and then pack the rest with dryice???

John.

Yes the containers are filled about 4 iches with a fluid and teh di is crushed and floats in it.. The base is a spiral block and as it warms the fluid absorbs and rises creating a convective cicuit withe warm fluid rising in teh center ans cold fluid dropping down the sides.

Is this mounting plate for 6800 cards? only 2 holes instead of the typical 4?

This was made for a trial... Might be too thich for between the cards. I think it will fit but the insulation will need to be trimmed for clearance. The mountting late comes off. and can be replaced with a ati one.
