IT7 red box (old) FSB - 187 max
IT7 Blue box (new) FSB - 171 max
IT7 Max 2 FSB - 170 max
IT7 Max 2 v2.0 FSB - 169 max
IT7 Max 2 v2.0 FSB - 194 max 3:4 (memory limit - wont post higher but still burning in) and easily over 200 fsb @ 1:1 with a peachy 1.6a in. Problem is im stuck @ 2.76vdimm as the bios mod doesnt seem to want to work on my board :(.
All the same chip. Those 2 v2.0 Max2s are form the same batch ordered at the same time from the same shop. One for myself one for a friend. Luckily hes running a 2.5a so hes happy with 140 fsb :p.
Make of that what you will. Suffice to say im jumping ship and have an Epox 4PEA+ on order.

my IT7 red box can do 195fsb, over is cpu limit..
howether there is no difference between red & blue box, so a mobo that doesn't pass 180fsb it's only an unlucky mobo
i see one in mad onion with 231fsb with intel confidential cpu and 3dmark stable!!!:slobber:
