Yes, I have a lot of pics comming.

New P4 SLI chipset is out from about every manufacturer. Nothing really new for VideoCards though. But motherboards in the following weeks will be great. There is a few new S939 motherboards too, but the biggest new release is really the P4 SLi. The ATi Booth is like 3/4 of a whole hall! A lot of interactivity in that hall, like Xbox, WCG Euro Championship. Demonstrations of Phil's costum cases for MACH/Vapo (pics). ATi is definetly the main attraction for hardware enthusiasts this year.

 Hey guys, i got some more pics! wait a moment, i will edit them into this post!

Okay here we go:
http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/_IMGP4292.jpg (http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/IMGP4292.jpg)
This was in the morning. There is Tux (The Linux penguin):banana::banana::banana:ting on win xp. was kinda fun because all the time there were microsoft guys around ;D

http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/_IMGP4301.jpg (http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/IMGP4301.jpg)
Okay, this is a IMHO very impressive pic of the ceiling of the stand of a mobile company called O2.

http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/_IMGP4303.jpg (http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/IMGP4303.jpg)
Next we got the bugatti veyron. it has 1001PS and (after the manufactor) is as fast as 400km/h. a veeeeeery cool car

http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/_IMGP4310.jpg (http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/IMGP4310.jpg)
Here you see the ASUS card with 2 x 6800u chips on it. But it was a veeery alpha version, even the connectors were missing (look at the left end)

http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/_IMGP4312.jpg (http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/IMGP4312.jpg)
A 850XT. great card, great performance. it's from sapphire, of course.

http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/_IMGP4314.jpg (http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/IMGP4314.jpg)
Now about this, i wondered a bit. i thought even cutting edge graphic cards don't reach ~20fps in 3D 05. But this pic shows actually 24fps?! but i don't know a lot about 05 benchin, so correct me if i'm wrong.

http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/_IMGP4317.jpg (http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/IMGP4317.jpg)
I shot this at the zalman stand. it is a quad (i suppose) opteron system. veeeeery impressive cooling, methinks.

http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/_IMGP4319.jpg (http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/IMGP4319.jpg)
some graphics, i think this are 6800 and 6800ultra plus X850.

http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/_IMGP4324.jpg (http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/IMGP4324.jpg)
Well, a compressor cooled system at the abit stand. Not thaat impressive clocks, but watercooling and so on are nicely installed.

http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/_IMGP4322.jpg (http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/IMGP4322.jpg)
a closer look

http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/_IMGP4325.jpg (http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/IMGP4325.jpg)
Another compressor cooled system, this time at the EPoX stand next to Abit. But, those new corsair expert rams, i don't like them at all.

http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/_IMGP4327.jpg (http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/IMGP4327.jpg)
Here we got a SLI setup, also at the EPoX Stand. It was running 3D 05 loops.

http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/_IMGP4331.jpg (http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/IMGP4331.jpg)
Another one, also at the EPoX Stand

http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/_IMGP4332.jpg (http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/IMGP4332.jpg)
At the DFI Stand, don't know exactly what the board is called.

http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/_IMGP4336.jpg (http://www.w-u-s.com/CeBIT 2005/IMGP4336.jpg)

btw, Simon, the guy who made those pictures in the computerbase.de thread mentioned on first page says something like: there will be a new detonator supporting multigpu cards, meaning they will run on all boards and theoretically(!), they should run in sli mode, provided they have the sli connector... any ideas about this? does it mean we will see 4x6800u chips + 1/2gig gddr3? :slobber:

Most of the motherboard manufactures say, that the nVidia nForce 4 for Intel is a little bit faster than the Intel chipsets, allow better timings like CL3-2-2-8 DDR667 and goes FSB1200 easily. :slobber:

There is a y on a german keyboard.

Sits in the lower left side... It did on the internet-cafe i used... no wait!... that was in Austria (skiing-holiday)...

I would assume they are the same - an Austrian and a German keyb.

hahaha funny storry there dude :D
they had an msi k8n neo diamond nf4 sli but it died
they had 2 or 3 other msi boards but rev2 wich didnt work or didnt oc very well, then they tried a gigabyte wich didnt oc very well either, now they are back to a different msi k8n neo diamond nf4 sli again :D

the memory alex or alonso as you may know him as here on xs is the brand new twinmos ddr600, 2 6800U cards and watercooling on the chipset and mosfets and an fx55 with a mach 2 gt.

they have a second system wich isnt running because of problems i think wich was an abit fatality aa8xe with a 3.73 cooled by a mach2 gt and a watercooled x850xtpe.

nice systems :)

oh and about the zalman heatsink... are they serious??? i mean... .... :stick:
i checked out the asetek booth today and made an interview, their new heatsink only weights 295gr wich is pretty nice for the size, and it will only cost 27€ :)

the memory alex or alonso as you may know him as here on xs is the brand new twinmos ddr600, 2 6800U cards and watercooling on the chipset and mosfets and an fx55 with a mach 2 gt.

they have a second system wich isnt running because of problems i think wich was an abit fatality aa8xe with a 3.73 cooled by a mach2 gt and a watercooled x850xtpe.

nice systems :)

/me hears Alonso smacking himself on the forehead saying "I coulda had a DFI" :p:

Sounds like very nice systems other than the MB choice.

The P4 system ran @5,4GHz, the A64 was the troublemaker

he tried to get an dfi but they couldnt get him one...
and the only other dfi board there was at the ocz booth... i talked to the guys from ocz and he eventually could have had it but only if he would use an ocz psu or ocz memory wich he couldnt do since the forumluxx booth with the machine was actually just a part of the twinmos booth :D
