Sudden loss of power

When at 4ghz (1.70V under load), my computer shuts it self off suddenly while browsing the web. My lines are reading 3.31, 5.02, 11.90 under load. My vcore is steady at 1.70 and vdimm at 2.80. CPU temps at 0C when browsing and such.

Any suggestions?

Bring up the vcore a notch or bring the FSB down a notch.

Yes bring it up a bit if it reads 1.70 via some proggy it is a round
1.625 I have the same motherboard my vcore @ 1.675 but when I measure on the board with a DM it says 1.58 under load and 1.59 no load.

I bumped the vcore up to 1.725, but it does the same thing. I tried it at 1.75, but it shut off while try to load winxp (before title screen). Where's the vcore cut off of this board?
