Gotta questin. What is the LED CONN on a SCSI card for?
Power connection??

it is the HDD LED - to show hard drive activity if you so desire.

But the led is on the card. That's dumb...

ohh ok gotcha now! the LED is prolly a warning LED - like how some mobos have checksum LEDs on them... if something is wrong and you look inside and see that light.... you know there is an issue with it.
