Does anyone know how many watts one of these puts out? Would a 169w peltier be enough to overclock this as fast as it will go hopefully something over 3.2Ghz? Also I currently have a mean well sp-500-15, would that be enough to power two pelts? Thanks.

Please calculate the OC wattage :p:
BenchTest.com -- URL: http://www.benchtest.com/calc.html

Edit:
169w pelt specs:
Imax = 16.1 Amps
Qmax = 169 Watts
Vmax = 16.4 Volts
Delta Tmax = 69 (C)

I = Current
I = Imax / Vmax * V
V = 15v Voltage being used by TEC

169W pelt @ 15V Math: 16.1A / 16.4A x 15v = [14.73A] each

P.S. The rated current on the SP-500-15 is @32A, the pelts will work,
but the next question is can you keep the water or liquids cool enough.. :idea:

I went to http://www.benchtest.com/calc.html but they don't have the Xeons listed there.

Should be enough ...

With crappy air we got 3.2Ghz @ 49C fully stable for a week of d2ol/games etc ...
Now its on WC tho :)

What's the stock processor wattage?

I couldn't find anything for the 1.6LV ones but the 2.0Ghz LV ones are 58w. That's at 1.3v. I'd be running them at 1.5-1.6v. Thanks.

It might be at 70w. :)

Are the SwiftTech MCW478-UHT any good? Or what's a better option for 603/604 pin Xeons? Thanks.

IMO, you'll be fine if you just use a basic watercooling setup. :)

But that's not as fun :D

But that's not as fun :D:ROTF:

How many times have I said this to myself - "aircooling, that's not as fun, get a Vapochill!"

They need to make a Vapochill for dualies! I don't want to have to buy two..

I finally found something. It looks like at stock these 1.6LVs only put out 30 watts.
