win xp pro, 2003, or 64?

which windows should i reinstall with? im looking for fast for benchys but will be using it for a desktop so it needs to be user friendly.

some gaming.

maybe windows 2000? Most benches love it and games do perform bad on it either. if not go with 64 if you have amd rig
