Does anyone have any idears of the specs of a delta fan when running at 6V ????? It's too noisy and i want to turn it down to 6V with a kind of potentiometer.... when i want a bit of quiet, But i don't want to gain too much heat..... ;)

That delta is fuggin loud, when I had aircooling I had the sk6 and it worked pretty well for it's intent. I couldn't stand the noise, so I utilized the difference between the 12v and 5v lines to run it at 7 volts - it cut down the noise quite a bit, and I think it rose like 2 degrees on a 1600+. In the setup I have now I have a 25 ohm VR on the pos line going to my 120 panaflow, and that works really well. As a matter of fact I'm PRETTY sure this is the model Rheostat I ran.
