If I were to get one of these off ebay, since they are discontinued could I RMA it if it broke? would I get another one? or a different mobo?

I'd skip it if I were you. I just RMA'ed my IC7Max3. By the time I got it back, I could almost have bought a new board for what I spent in fees, shipping and brokerage...
