Is it ok to have it
pump>>>>Radiator>>>cpu>>>reservoir>>>>pump
as opposed to
pump>>>cpu>>>radiator>>>>reservoir>>>>pump

Yes, order makes very little difference. Go for the one that gives best tubing routing.

Great thanks.. coz i think the water directly from radiator would be cooler, especially since the reservoir is right next to 3 hot hdds

Maybe 0.1C cooler, the water moves pretty quick, and isn't really going to pick up much heat from a res (especially if it's a plastic res).
