PLL Download

I tried to overclock a computer that normally doesn’t overclock. I downloaded CPUFSB, it found the mobo, and it overclocked it, but it wasn’t permanent. I was looking for a permanent way to do this. So I downloaded softfsb and tried to overclock, but it didn’t have the right PLL. So, I’m kind of stuck. Does any1 know where I can download the PLL, or another way of overclocking the mobo? Here’s a little info:
MSI KM400 (6734) KM4M-L
PLL= cypress/icw CY28341

A PLL is a peice of hardware. PLL stands for Phase Lock Loop. It sort of looks like a thin ram chip with more legs.
