I recently gained two, 1GB modules of PC2100 from my dad's old computer. I didn't know what to think, because I wanted more than the 512MB that i have right now, but I was thinking of how SLOW the ram was. I decided to mildly overclock, not expecting much, maybe 160-ish. Boy, was I surprised when these beasts managed to hit 220MHz with only a few errors in test #5 of memtest.

I toned it down a little, because I don't mind running at stock for 24/7 usage. 215MHz @ 2.5-2-2-8 yielded about 300 errors on the first pass (just wanted to try something ridiculous  )

Ended up settling for 200MHz @ 2.5-4-4-8, 2.9V I would've tightened the timings a little more... but I was getting tired of running test #5 on 2GB of RAM....

I'm a rather happy man right now

I remember that I could push my old kingston 256MB pc2100 module to ~400Mhz on default vdimm. But for memtest86 stability had to inrease vdimm though.

:D

Tested some unbranded 2100 to ~ 180 iirc (either that or 220, cant remember)
Have some old sammy 2700 (DTL-CB3) that does 260+ on nf2 sc, gonna give it a blast in an Neo2 soon hopefully ;)
