YOU WILL NOT REACH DDR660 WITH CL 2 2-2-5!!! If you want to get that, you will have to get some BH-5 and run it at something like 4.6V! I'd reccomend the G.Skill or OCZ VX.

You're not reading correctly. He said BUT so he's doubting between 300 mhz and ram with 2-2-2 timings. I'd go for the TCCD if I were you, since you can only use the 10x multiplier. If your UTT is maxed out at 250 you can't go higher than 2500mhz.

He means what's best for him, high HTT or low timings...

It all depends, in things like 3DMark01 the faster timings will be better, but in some other apps high HTT's will prove usefull...

Get either the OCZ VX (for benchmarking), or GSkill LE/LA (24/7). GSKill LE/LA will reach ca. 300 or maybe more, with relaxed timings, while the VX will reach ca. 270 with tight timings (2-2-2), but with VOLTS (3,2++). Therefore it is my opinion that VX is the best for benchmarking whilst the LE/LA kits are best for 24/7.

Running 330+ 2-2-2 would probably need the worlds best BH-5 and running them with nothing short of 5V, which is virtually impossible due to material restrictions.

i think go for the GSKill LE 4400.. maybe you can get what you want from them
but 300@2-2-2-x is quite unimaginable, i havent testet them my self but i would rather say you reach 300 if you reach 300@2-3-3-x

there was also just a post with the le´s over 290 so it should be 300 @2.5-3-3-7 @2,75v which is a real nice score link here (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=51718)
